Banana Muffins (air fryer)

Banana Muffins In Airfryer Ingredients: 1/3 cup vegetable oil (any flavorless oil) 1/2 cup honey or 1 cup brown sugar/white sugar 2 eggs 3 ripe bananas mashed (preferably 1 cup) 1/4 cup whole milk 1 tsp baking soda or 3 tsp baking powder 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder 1 3/4 cup all purpose flour 1/2 cup oats (i used quaker instant) Wall nuts or any nuts on top (optional)  Procedure: Preheat the airfryer at 160 degrees celcius and prepare your muffin pan. In a large bowl, mix together oil, honey and eggs until well combined. Add the mashed bananas and vanilla mix until incorporated. Fold in the dry ingredients flour, salt, baking soda in cinnamon followed by instant oats until just well combined. Prepare the batter in the muffin pan top up with wall nuts as you like and sprinkle with brown sugar on top. Bake on the airfryer for 20-22 mins and do the toothpick test to check. Place in the cooling rack for 10mins before removing it to the muffin pan. Serve. ...

Brazo de Mercedez Cupcake Serving: 6 cupcakes Ingredients:  Custard: 5 egg yolks 1/4-1/3 condensed milk (depends on your tastebuds😊) 1 tsp vanilla essence Meringue: 5 egg whites 1/4 tsp cream of tartar or 1/2 tsp lemon juice (susbstitute) 6 tbsp sugar 1 cup flour (optional)  1 tsp cornstarch (optional) 1 tsp baking powder (optional) Procedure: In a pan using low heat, mixed together egg yolks, condensed milk and vanilla until it become viscous in consistency. (Custard) set aside. For the meringue in separate bowl (dont use plastic instead use glass bowl to achieve perfect stiffness or peak) Using hand mixer mix until become frothy and add the cream of tartar or lemon juice. Gradually add the sugar and beat/mix again until stiff and add again the remaining sugar then beat/mix until you achieve the perfect peak of the meringue. How To Make Siomai Wrapper (Wonton) Ingredients:  2 cups all purpose flour 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp of hot water Procedure: In a bowl put 2 cups of APF Dissolve salt in hot water and pour into the the flour Mix (add water if necessary sometimes it depends on the kind of flour that you will use) Knead the mixture it forms a dough and becomes smooth Form into log and cut into 15-20 grams per piece and round each small pieces Cover with cling wrap and let it rest for 30 mins. Pandan Cheese Pandesal Ingredients: 2 cups all purpose flour  + 1/2 cup extra flour for dusting and kneading (depends) 1/8 cup sugar 3/4 tsp or 4g salt 1 1/4 tsp or 6g instant yeast 1 egg 75g whole milk or full fat or evaporated milk 1/4 cup or 56g softened butter 1-2 tbsp pandan flavor (green food coloring) Note: you can double the measurements to make 24pcs of pandesal πŸ˜‹ Procedure: In a bowl, Mix all together the 2 cups flour, sugat, salt and instant yeast. Add the egg, milk, and the pandan flavor (food color), mix together until you form a dough or use your hand to mix it. Knead the the dough for 10mins until it become smooth and elastic, add additional flour for dusting if you think the dough is still very sticky. Brush the bowl with oil,  put the dough drizzled with oil and cover with cling wrap. Let it rest for 45mins-1hr. Mini Oreo Cake w/ Cream Cheese Frosting

Mini Oreo Cake  w/ Cream Cheese Frosting Ingredients: 22 pcs oreo biscuits (oreo filling separated) 1tsp baking powder 3 tbsp flour 170 ml evaporated milk 1 cup of plain yogurt 1 tbsp vegetable oil Frosting: 4oz cream cheese 1 1/2 cup icing sugar 50g butter 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 2tbsp caramel sauce Procedure: Separate the oreo biscuits from its fillings. Roughly break the oreo into the grinder and pulse it until you make a fine powder. Put the powder into the bowl and add the baking powder and flour. Mix together Add the milk, yogurt and oil. Mix well to form the cake batter. Grease the baking pan with butter/oil and lined with parchment paper under and on the sides. (I used 5”x3” pan fitted in my airfryer) Pour the cake batter on the prepared pan. Put in the air fryer and bake at 160-180 degrees celcius depends on your air fryer. Crispy Egg Chips Ingredients: 1/2 cup all purpose flour 1/2 cup corn flour/ cornstarch 1/2 cup water 6 ice cubes 2 eggs 1tsp salt 1tsp pepper 1tsp garlic powder 1tsp magic sarap Procedure: Beat the 2 eggs and add the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and magic sarap you can adjust the measurements as you want. On another bowl mix together cornstarch and flour then add water and mix very well Put the batter into the egg mixture and mix until well blended. Homemade Pan Pizza (no bake) Ingredients: For the Pizza Dough 1 1/4 all purpose flour 1/2 tsp instant yeast 1 tsp sugar 1/2 tsp salt 1 tbsp vegetable oil or any cooking oil 1/2 cup warm water For the Sauce: 1 cup pasta sauce/pizza sauce  1/2 cup cooking cream 1/4 cup sugar Pinch of Salt and pepper to taste Toppings: Red Bell Pepper cut into strips Tomato cut into strips Mushroom Mozzarella Cheese Cheddar Cheese Chicken Flakes (from leftover fried chicken) Procedure: In a bowl mix together the flour, salt and yeast. Danish Butter Cookies

DANISH BUTTER COOKIES in AIR FRYER  Made only with just 4 basic ingredients, light, crisp and melt in your mouth textured Danish Butter Cookies that easily made in Air Fryer.  INGREDIENTS: Ings:  1 cup APF/ 120g 1/4 cup icing sugar (25g) 120g butter or 1/2 cup 1tsp vanilla extract PROCEDURE : Cream the butter, icing sugar and vanilla extract using hand mixer for 5-8 mins until light in color and fluffy in texture. Sift the flour 1/3 at a time folding it gently and mix into the cream butter using spatula scrape the dough at side of the bowl. Transfer the dough to a sheet of plastic wrap and roll it to form a log. Cut the edge and put in the piping bag. Piped the dough in a baking sheet with parchment paper or if you don’t want to pipe just simply roll a small portion of dough and press it with fork. Refrigerate for 30 mins. Cream Cheese Flan

CREAM CHEESE FLAN RECIPE Ingredients: 1 cup granulated sugar 8oz cream cheese 5 large egg at room temperature 2 tsp vanilla extract 12 oz evap milk or 1 can 14 oz condensed milk or 1 can Procedure: In small saucepan add sugar and melt over low medium heat, stirring occasionally until golden. Remove from heat and pour the caramel into the bottom of each prepared pans. Swirl pan to spread evenly. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese using hand mixer until smooth.  Add eggs one at a time, vanilla extract, evap milk, and condensed milk. Mix well until well combined. Skim off the foam using spatula. Pour the mixture in the prepared pan with caramel. Prepare the steamer. Loosely cover each pan with foil, and steam for about 1 hr or less depends on the toothpick test. Remove and let it cool. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4hrs.
