Banana Muffins In Airfryer Ingredients: 1/3 cup vegetable oil (any flavorless oil) 1/2 cup honey or 1 cup brown sugar/white sugar 2 eggs 3 ripe bananas mashed (preferably 1 cup) 1/4 cup whole milk 1 tsp baking soda or 3 tsp baking powder 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder 1 3/4 cup all purpose flour 1/2 cup oats (i used quaker instant) Wall nuts or any nuts on top (optional) Procedure: Preheat the airfryer at 160 degrees celcius and prepare your muffin pan. In a large bowl, mix together oil, honey and eggs until well combined. Add the mashed bananas and vanilla mix until incorporated. Fold in the dry ingredients flour, salt, baking soda in cinnamon followed by instant oats until just well combined. Prepare the batter in the muffin pan top up with wall nuts as you like and sprinkle with brown sugar on top. Bake on the airfryer for 20-22 mins and do the toothpick test to check. Place in the cooling rack for 10mins before removing it to the muffin pan. Serve. ...
This is to share my recipes mostly made with air fryer. It is very convenient to use and quite easy to prepare. If you just want an ample servings for your snacks, breakfast etc well my recipes are good for you. I am a nurse and my job is quite tiring and sometimes I don’t have time to spend more in the kitchen, so with my air fryer I can eat hot food and newly baked desserts in just few minutes at the same time it is very healthy too!
