Homemade Pan Pizza (no bake)

Ingredients:
For the Pizza Dough
1 1/4 all purpose flour
1/2 tsp instant yeast
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp vegetable oil or any cooking oil
1/2 cup warm water

For the Sauce:
1 cup pasta sauce/pizza sauce 
1/2 cup cooking cream
1/4 cup sugar
Pinch of Salt and pepper to taste

Toppings:
Red Bell Pepper cut into strips
Tomato cut into strips
Mushroom
Mozzarella Cheese
Cheddar Cheese
Chicken Flakes (from leftover fried chicken)

Procedure:
  1. In a bowl mix together the flour, salt and yeast.
  2. Add sugar to the warm water mix until dissolve and gradually mix to the dry ingredients (half only) then another half until dough is formed.
  3. Remove the dough from the bowl and knead on the floured surface to prevent sticking until the surface become smooth (5mins kneading it depends)
  4. Place the rounded dough in lightly oiled bowl and cover with a cling wrap and let it rise for 30 mins in a warm area.
  5. Use the dough immediately or refrigerate it not less than 48hrs or let it freeze in an airtight bag.
  6. This recipe can make an 8inch pizza precooked the flattened round dough by placing it in an 8inches pan brushed with oil. Precooked the dough upside down with the pan covered for 5mins before placing your sauce and toppings.
  7. Saute the pizza sauce, sugar, salt and pepper and cooking cream.
  8. Spread the sauce on top of the pizza, put your desired topings and cover the pan. Cook by Using only low fire for 8mins until the cheese melts. And ready to serve 😋
