Cream Cheese Muffins

CREAM CHEESE MUFFINS ingredients: Cream Cheese Filling: 3/4 cup or 100 grams cream cheese 1/4 cup 25 grams caster sugar or icing sugar 1 egg yolk Cream Cheese Cake: 1/3 cup or 40g cream cheese 1/4 cup or 60g unsalted butter 1/3 cup or 80g caster sugar 2 whole eggs 3/4 cup or 100g cake flour ( i used 3/4 cup all purpose flour minus the 2tbsp and add 2 tbsp of cornstarch sifted together) 1/2 tsp baking powder Procedure: Cream cheese filling: cream together the cream cheese and sugar then add the egg yolk until well combines and smooth in consistency. Put on the piping bag and set aside. For the cheese cake: whisk together the butter, cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the 2 eggs and whisk. Sift together the flour and baking powder to the mixture and mix until well combined. Pipe the cheese cake mixture in the prepared muffin pan brushed with butter. COFFEE BUNS (Paparoti/Rotiboy) Servings: 9  Timing: 15-20 mins Temperature: 180 degrees celcius (Air Fryer/Oven) Ingredients: Dough: 2 1/2 cup all purpose flour 2 tbsp powdered milk (i used 2 tbsp coconut milk powder) 2 tbsp softened butter 1 cup warm milk 1 tsp salt 1/4 cup sugar 1 tsp instant dry yeast Filling: 100 grams butter (cut in 9 cubes) Cream Cheese (optional) cut in 9 cubes Toppings: 1/2 cup softened butter 2/3 cup all purpose flour 6 tbsp sugar 2 egg yolks 1 egg white 1 tbsp instant coffee 4 tsp hot water Procedure: Preheat the air fryer at 180 degrees celcius. For the dough mix together all dry ingredients except for the yeast. Crazy Mini Cupcakes in 4 flavors

Crazy Mini Cupcakes Cupcake Batter Ingredients: 1 cup sugar  1 cup softened butter 4 eggs 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour 1 tsp baking powder 2 tbsp milk Choco-Peanut Butter Cupcakes 1-2 tsp cocoa powder 1 tbsp peanut butter Raisin Wallnut Cupcake 2 tbsp raisins 2 tbsp chopped wallnuts 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder Oreo Cupcake 4 oreo cookies crushed Cheese Cupcake 1/4 cup grated cheese For frosting I only used whip cream but you can use any frosting you want depends on your flavors.  Procedure: Preheat the airfryer at 180 degrees celcius and prepare your cupcake tray with cupcake liners. Using hand mixer beat the butter until fluffy. Add sugar and cream together with the butter until light and pale in color.
