Cupcake Batter
Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1 cup softened butter
4 eggs
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp milk

1-2 tsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp peanut butter
Raisin Wallnut Cupcake
2 tbsp raisins
2 tbsp chopped wallnuts
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
Oreo Cupcake
4 oreo cookies crushed
Cheese Cupcake
1/4 cup grated cheese
For frosting I only used whip cream but you can use any frosting you want depends on your flavors.
Procedure:
- Preheat the airfryer at 180 degrees celcius and prepare your cupcake tray with cupcake liners.
- Using hand mixer beat the butter until fluffy.
- Add sugar and cream together with the butter until light and pale in color.
- Add the eggs one at a time, making sure that they are fully incorporated before adding the next then add in the milk.
- Add the dry ingredients and mix until the bayter becomes smooth. Do not over mix.
To Flavor the cupcakes:
- Divide the prepared cupcake batter into four bowls preferably 1/4-1/3 each bowl.
- Just mix in the flavor you want to make.
- Put in the air fryer and bake for 14-16 mins depends on your AF.
- Allow it to cool before frosting. Serve.
